How It All Began
Vicrossano has built its beautiful corporate history around its brand "YUM NATURE" and private brands in the USA and in Canada.
The founder Rosette Rossano was passionately committed to develop through the years a powerful work tool. She knew how to meet the challenge and develop the company.
Passionate about agri-food, she had embarked on the development of gourmet products with high nutritional value.
No one really believed in the company except her. However, rising to the challenge it has become a real reference in Quebec and for private label owners.

The company has always sought to source ingredients responsibly, guaranteeing the highest quality of raw materials, whether in natural or organic products.
Taste and quality make our butters an endearing product for the consumer.
After all these years, we have continued to maintain this philosophy.
Moving Forward
After taking over the company in 2020, we wanted to associate our development with a French chef for the creation of a second brand, "NURTURE", a more upscale, more current and 100% organic brand. We have also repositioned and rejuvenated our historic brand "YUM NATURE".
Our goal now is to offer the products of our two banners across Canada's borders.
